Good question, here i have found detail about your question.

There are three types of admins for Google+ pages: owners, managers, and communications managers. Each page can only have one owner, but it can have up to 50 managers or communications managers. Adding managers (https://support.google.com/plus/answer/2380626) allows you to share control of your page posting and settings with multiple people without having to share your personal login information.
Managers have all of the capabilities of an owner, except for particularly sensitive capabilities such as deleting the account (https://support.google.com/plus/answer/1713811) or managing access (https://support.google.com/plus/answer/2380626). Communications managers have the capabilities of a manager, except for editing the profile, starting a Hangout on Air (https://support.google.com/plus/answer/2553119), or managing videos (https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/3046356) on YouTube (https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2897336).

Communications Manager

Add/remove managers

Delete account

Edit profile

Manage YouTube videos and Hangouts on Air

Most other actions

Note: Adding owners, managers, and communications managers to a page doesn’t make that relationship visible to the public or to those in the page’s circles.
